Kieran Moore, managing director, held operations management positions in leading hotels and catering companies in Ireland, Australia and the UK before establishing The Firm in 1996. His experience and advice enables clients to recruit senior hospitality managers and chefs into key positions that bring real added value to the organisation.
Over the past decade he has helped candidates from Ireland and overseas to maximise their career potential within the hotel & catering industry.
Micheline Corr
Micheline Corr is a director of The Firm and consults in all areas of the market. She has specialist expertise in sales and general management recruitment, working on many start-up projects. She is happiest building new teams and both seeks and welcomes opening challenges.
With a Diploma in Leadership from DIT/IBEC and qualifications from the Institute of Employment Consultants, she has a background in communications and is an active contributor to many aspects of the business.

Linda McFadden
With a BA honours degree in languages and business, Linda has acquired a sound knowledge of the hospitality & leisure industry over the past five years which she can now apply when identifying the perfect recruitment match. She joined The Firm from the events industry where she gained invaluable insight into hotel operations, sales and marketing and event management positions.
She has had valuable exposure to our ever-changing industry, thus giving her a deep understanding of the requirements of both our clients and candidates.
