We are working with this progressive and growing catering company who are based in Limerick and with a number of units in the West of Ireland. This is a brand new role and they are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to manage multi sites within this area.

The Regional Ops Manager will be responsible for :

To take the overall responsibility for the successful operation of each unit by: -

Ensuring that costs are controlled and Gross Profit targets are achieved as required by the company, Providing accurate and timely completion of financial documentation

Overseeing that the highest standards of food hygiene and quality are achieved and maintained as required by the company.

Monitoring of health & safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (H&S and HACCP) for food premises, including the ISO quality standard.

Liaising effectively with the client, customers, employees and other relevant stakeholders.

Representing the company to the best of your ability on a daily basis.

Complying with and implementing all policies and procedures introduced by the company and as agreed with our client.

Managing staffing levels and relief staff panel, recruiting best fit candidates to ensure an adequately resourced service

Monitoring and managing performance of employees to ensure constantly high standards across all units.

Training, coaching and mentoring teams to deliver an exceptional food and service standard.

To actively seek and identify opportunities for business growth within existing contracts and in the external market environment.

You must have multi site experience, excellent commercial and management skills along with the flexibility to travel to the various sites in West of Ireland.
