We are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for this hip gastropub with a heart that’s quickly gaining a reputation for its excellent menu featuring seasonal, local produce. This is a busy destination for both lunch and dinner, requiring a manager with excellent communication and organisational skills, ensuring a consistent, top quality service on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience managing a similar destination (high quality gastropub/restaurant) and will truly value, and be educated on, an eco-friendly approach to business. Must have a genuine love of hospitality, always ready to greet the locals by name!
