We currently have a vacancy for Head Chef at this popular, quality seafood restaurant. They can do 400 covers a day at the weekend, with service all day starting with a small breakfast menu before heading into the extremely busy lunch service. They now require a seasoned Head Chef to lead the team and manage the kitchen as well as offering some new ideas to their already popular offering.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience as Head Chef of a quality dining destination, strong seafood experience required. Must have excellent communication and team management skills in addition to high cooking standards with a focus on a fresh, authentic culinary style.

No late nights required with this role.
