Great opportunity with this five star resort for an Executive Sous Chef who will assist the Executive Head Chef in the management of the entire kitchen & team including overall culinary operations, training & supervision of staff, and food quality as well as overseeing the Pastry section on a day to day basis. Must demonstrate fluid expertise with all related responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience at Senior / Executive Sous Chef level of a large five star property with extensive C&B and Pastry experience. Must a be polished hospitality professional with a constant focus on creating a fabulous dining experience from start to finish.
