Reception Manager

An excellent opportunity available for a Reception Manager to join our Clients Management team.

The Reception Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the reception department's operational function and making contribution to the profitability of the Hotel by ensuring effective cost controls within the reception operation and by promoting Hotel services to guests. The Reception Manager will also maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values.
