This very popular full service four star property in Co Kerry is currently recruiting an Operations Manager to provide support to the GM in all hotel operations, ensuring that staff deliver 4star+ service at all times. This role requires a total hotel professional with detailed experience in all hotel departments from C&B to HR to finance.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ previous experience in a senior management role within a 4star+ property. Must demonstrate proven track record of success in team management & motivation as well as lifting & maintaining top service standards. You will have good BOH skills as well, comfortably keeping on top of daily admin with keen eye for detail.
