We are delighted to bring this opportunity for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to join one of Ireland's top hotels.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will ensure that all members and guests needs and expectations are met. They have a very busy C&B department with weddings, conferences and meetings of large scale.

You will ensure a clear line of communication is in place in coordinating all events and functions in line with the function sheet.
To co-ordinate and organise all events in the function rooms in line with the function sheet and guest requirements.

You must have experience in leading and managing a team in a C&B department and the ability to run a seemless function.

Experience/Qualifications

Previous Conference & Banqueting experience is essential
Have the ability to be a quick learner and work in a fast paced environment
A friendly positive attitude and the ability to lead by example
Must be fluent in English both oral and written
Must have an excellent telephone manner
Be committed to delivering exceptional service
Good communication skills
Must have own transport and hold a full drivers licence

Salary is €35k+
