Management: Deputy GM - Dublin

This is a unique catering environment where you will be responsible for an individual unit by taking ownership of the design and management of the overall experience and not just the food offering.

A key element to this role will be motivating, training and developing team members to deliver exceptional service as well as accomplishing daily goals and projects. In addition, you will oversee all administrative and operational tasks including financial management and analysis, sanitation and safety.

This role is highly client and customer-focused, and so successful candidates must have a strong background at management level either within a high-end catering or hotel environment, minimum of three years’ experience. Bachelor’s degree within hospitality sector an advantage. A strong focus on client service is essential along with a genuine passion for food and hospitality trends.

This role will be mainly day time hours and will report to the overall General Manager on site.
