We are currently recruiting an Executive Chef for this stylish, contemporary Dublin four star hotel. This role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and profitable operation of the kitchens covering bar, restaurant and meeting space (400 pax capacity).

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Executive Chef of a similar property (4/5*) with extensive banqueting experience. Must have a proven track record of meeting all financial targets (GP, labour, costs…), maintaining top kitchen standards (HACCP, hygiene etc) and creating an efficient and effective team producing a top quality food offering.
