Central Dublin hotel seeks an experienced Head Chef to manage the day to day running of a busy kitchen with a small team. This is an exciting time to join as the property will undergo extensive renovation in the new year. The role will involve team management & training, menu creation, stock control, HACCP & Health and Safety standards etc.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in quality restaurant kitchens featuring fresh, creatively simple menus with a playful twist. You will be a proven kitchen manager as well as talented chef demonstrating a genuine passion and flair for contemporary food trends. Previous experience with renovation projects an advantage.
