Senior Management: Resort Operations Manager - North West Ireland

This role takes responsibility for all operations within this 5 star resort property while reporting to the General Manager. You remit will be to direct and manage all hotel activities to maximise revenue, profitability and quality standards by working with HOD's in developing up selling strategies, controlling costs and enhancing the service standards across all areas to include Spa, Reception, Food and Beverage, Golf, Marketing and Events.

Previous operational or hotel management experience within a quality 4 star or 5 star resort experience is essential along with excellent revenue management, budget development, control and forecasting skills. You will be a highly focused individual with excellent communications skills and an ability to lead and coach a team.
Excellent food and wine knowledge and a clear understanding of the Spa and Golf industry is also important in this role.
