This luxury destination in the South East is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the smooth day to day operations of their restaurant and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction. This role would suit a true restaurant professional who is able to provide personable, warm customer-focused service and interaction while also ensuring efficient and consistent service levels.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager within a top hotel or restaurant, either fine dining or trendy establishments offering top service and customer attention. Post-secondary certificate in hospitality (or related industry) required. Good knowledge of wine and/or craft beers an advantage.
