This buzzing, trendy destination is now recruiting an Executive Head Chef to consistently deliver a top quality food offering featuring the best of modern Irish cuisine. The restaurant has a strong focus on using the best of local producers, and they are looking for someone who truly shares their ethos.

The ideal candidate will have a background in busy, top restaurants (250+ covers a day), minimum of four years as Head Chef, and will be a calm, seasoned manager able to lead the team in consistent food and service delivery even during the dinner rush. Must have a proven track record of meeting kitchen targets (GP, labour costs etc…)
