We are delighted to bring this opportunity for a HR Manager to join this very busy Dublin 4* Hotel.

This will be a contract role beginning in April 2018

The person must have previous HR Management experience in a large 4-5 star hotel.

Knowledge of the law, Industrial relations and payroll is essential

The person will be responsible for all training and development in the hotel

The person must have excellent attention to detail as there is a lot of reporting and administration

The person will have a part time assistant 3 days a week.

The person will carry out and manage payroll each week and month and assist with budgets

The person must have knowledge of health and safety systems too.

The person will be responsible for employee morale and employee benefits

Salary 40-45k
