We are currently recruiting a Senior Sous Chef for this top Dublin five star hotel. This role supports the Executive Head Chef and the Food & Beverage Manager in managing the hotel’s kitchens, guiding and developing the kitchen brigade, maintaining standards, and focusing on improving the culinary delivery. The Senior Sous Chef will also be involved in leading the stewarding team.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Sous Chef / Sr Sous in a 4/5 star hotel or top restaurant with a large kitchen, banqueting experience a strong advantage. You will demonstrate creativity and flair at the fine dining level with proven leadership and management skills.
