We currently have an excellent role as Operations Manager of this top Cork four star hotel. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth overall operations of the hotel to top four star standards. Overseeing all departments, it requires a total hotel professional with extensive F&B knowledge across all depts, as well as Rooms/Front Office experience.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a senior hotel management position (ie Operations Manager / F&B Manager / Deputy Manager) within four/five star properties. Must demonstrate good financial and commercial acumen in addition to a genuine dedication to hospitality and customer service.
