We are delighted to present this opportunity for a professional and experienced Sous Chef to join this top Cork City Hotel.

With a number of busy food outlets and function space, you will report to a really talented Head Chef while assisting in overseeing a kitchen brigade of 15.

You must have experience in a hotel kitchen and managing a large team. The ideal Chef will have excellent creativity and be in a position to demonstrate and deliver this.
