Our client is currently searching for an experienced Pastry Chef to join the team of this Irish Country Home, 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and spectacular wedding venue.

A strong work ethic is essential to take on this role.

Ideal Candidate will have:

3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a similar establishment with Fine Dining, Michelin or AA Rosette establishment experience,

A positive attitude and a ‘can do’ personality,

A passion for food and cooking, with flair and imagination,

Experience in operating large functions/weddings,

Have a creative and contemporary approach to devising and developing menus,

Be eager and passionate about the food industry with a focus on delivering and maintaining the highest standards,

Experience and knowledge of implementing and monitoring HACCP procedures.

Excellent terms and conditions will be offered to the successful candidate.

Salary of €25,000 - €30,000 DOE

Own method of transport is not essential but desirable for this role and accommodation can be provided initially to assist with settling in period.
