Lovely role for a top notch Executive Sous Chef with this highly acclaimed luxury destination in the North East. The role will oversee the fine dining restaurant, candidates must have 2 Rosette experience in their background, 3 Rosettes a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 5 star properties / top dining destinations (Michelin star, AA rosette) with excellent team leadership and training skills. You will demonstrate a genuine passion for producing the finest cuisine using local, artisanal produce with the aim of delighting guests with your imagination and flair.
