Sales & Events: Business Development Manager- Dublin

With a minimum of 4 years’ experience required in hotel sales, preferably in 4-star+ environment, this role requires an individual with excellent proactive sales experience. You will be tasked with driving sales, creating new business, managing the hotel’s existing accounts and achieving the hotel’s C&B target. Key segments for development include corporate, group, social and association/national agency.

A strong understanding of revenue management and the ability to make decisions with business targets in mind is also necessary. Good IT skills and social media skills are an advantage.

This is an exclusively proactive sales role involving travel and can be tailored to part-time or full-time, depending on the skills and expertise of the ideal candidate.
