Management: F&B Manager - Clare
Our Client are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager. Located in the Heart of the Wild Atlantic Way this role would suit someone who would like to escape from city life. This well established property requires an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the team of this busy hot spot .
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for all Food & Beverage outlets and services, which will include Restaurant, Banqueting, Bar & Bar Food, and to oversee all other departments in the GMs absence. To work in conjunction with the General Manager to ensure effective management and the highest standards are maintained. To maximise profitability and identify new sources of revenue and product development. To efficiently manage a large team ensuring an efficient communication system is in place between all departments in the hotel.To be responsible for budgeting and cost control within your area of responsibility. You will work closely with the General Manager in this regard to agree budgets and procedures with him.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food & Beverage, strong management skills, and experience in a similiar role. Excellent communication skills, organising and planning skills are a must.
