Top Dublin four star hotel is currently looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to prepare, cook and present the food offering to the high standards of the establishment. This is a busy operation and will suit a reliable, dedicated chef with good working skills, a real passion and love of good food and proven team management skills.

The ideal candidate will be a professionally trained chef with a minimum of three years’ experience as Sous Chef within a four star (or equivalent) establishment.

Must have high volume experience, full HACCP knowledge and the ability to cope well under pressure, all while ensuring a top quality offering.
