Our client is currently searching for a talented and ambitious Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team of this reputable 4* Hotel in Dublin City Centre.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant,
Guest engagement, people leadership, shift operations, retaining and developing employees &
Target setting and supporting the team to achieving targets.
Experience in a supervisory role desirable in an F&B or other hotel operations team,
Proven leadership skills,
High standards and attention to detail,
A focus on our customers, making sure that they are catered for, in the best possibly way.
