Our client is currently searching for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the team of their busy 4* hotel in Co. Cork.

Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the ideal candidate will have strong previous experience as Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will be adverse in managing a large team of twenty chefs, have knowledge of HACCP procedures and be determined to delivering the finest quality of food in this fast paced property in Co. Cork.
