Our client is currently searching for a talented Sous Chef to join the team of this reputable 4* Hotel in Co. Westmeath.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team with excellent leadership ability.

You should have full understanding of HACCP maintenance and implementation as well as a proven track record in the delivery of high quality food in a 4 or 5* hotel or busy restaurant.
