We have a great opportunity available as Group HR Manager with this leading hotel group. This role is responsible for coordinating all HR services within the company and ensuring the delivery of HR practices, procedures and solution within the organisation, consistent with all statutory requirements, best practice and company policy. Key areas will include:

The successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification with at least three years’ experience in a senior HR managerial role at group level, preferably within the hospitality industry. You will demonstrate excellent reporting skills and keen financial acumen as well as full understanding of compensation and benefits. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be the one for you!

This role can be based in Dublin or Manchester, UK. Competitive salary for the right candidate.
