1. As a client or candidate, we promise to be open and honest in all our dealings with you and apply the highest level of professional integrity and confidentiality to everything we do on your behalf.
2. We undertake a recruitment brief by taking an initial job and candidate specification from the client. This usually involves visiting the client to discuss the key priorities of the role, the business environment, culture, and any other issues that may influence the search process.
3. We ensure that our Terms and Conditions of Business are understood and are agreed by our clients before undertaking a recruitment brief.
4. We speak with potential candidates on an informed basis and determine that an individual is both qualified and interested in the role. We never introduce any candidate’s details to a client without prior permission.
5. We always where possible conduct competency based face to face interviews with our candidates and if this is not possible, we inform the client.
6. We check references on all candidates prior to introduction to clients. If this is not possible, we inform the client.
7. We respect the confidentiality of all information about our client or candidate shared with us.
8. We gather candidate feedback after interviews promptly and feed this back to the client, so they can make informed decisions.
9. We assist clients in making the offer of employment by sharing exact remuneration package information on our candidates.
10. Unsuccessful candidates are promptly and courteously informed and given constructive feedback where appropriate.
11. We contact all our placed candidates within one month of their employment to ensure that they are integrating successfully and we share this information with our client to ensure their satisfaction with our service.
