Micheline Corr | Director

Since co-founding The Firm, Micheline has matched thousands of hospitality professionals with the industry’s top employers.

Key to Micheline’s success is her innate understanding of the industry and her enviable book of contacts. She digs deep to uncover what employers need in their business, and she knows just the right person to help them achieve these goals. (But don’t take our word for it, read what our clients say here.

Passionate about people, Micheline’s biggest thrill is helping candidates land their dream job and employers fill that crucial role. When she’s not matchmaking clients, Micheline practices what she preaches and invests in her own professional development, recently completing an IBEC Diploma course on Strategic Innovation.

In her downtime, you’ll find Micheline at the gym, catching up on her favourite cookery shows or dining out. Her perfect day is a trip to a farmers’ market followed by a burger with her nephews.

Kieran Moore | Managing Director

Time flies when you're having fun! I am very lucky to hugely enjoy working in The Firm, which I established back in the late 1990s. I work with a great crew here in the office to help our superb hospitality clients and talented candidates achieve their professional goals.

I held operations management positions in leading hotels, restaurants and catering companies in Ireland, Australia and the UK before moving into recruitment. That industry experience enables me to understand the needs of our clients when recruiting senior managers and chefs into key positions that bring real added value to their business.

I am passionate about design, cooking and wine, and I have taken up running 10km races with Cosmo, my Kerry Blue dog, to balance this food & wine over consumption!

Linda McFadden | Recruitment Manager

Linda has been a member of The Firm family for close to 20 years, and in that time she has worked hand-in-hand with candidates, helping them progress through every step of their career journey.

With a background in tourism and events, Linda knows what it takes to succeed in the industry, and she thrives on finding the right person for the right job. Her goal is to make a positive difference in people’s lives, and she gains huge satisfaction in seeing candidates do well in their new roles.

Running keeps Linda focused, and at the weekends she enjoys fun activities with her family and helping out in her local community and sports clubs.

Peggy Kim | Marketing Executive

Peggy first approached The Firm as a potential candidate, and they loved her so much they offered her a job themselves. That was 2014, and since then she has grown her role with the agency, recently taking over The Firm’s marketing function after receiving her certification in Digital Marketing.

With previous experience as a PA in leading international hotel groups, Peggy has a good understanding of the industry and a keen eye for detail. She loves being part of a small team, working on every facet of the business, whether that’s developing video content for the website or supporting Micheline and Linda as they search for the perfect match for their clients.

A lifelong food lover and avid baker, Peggy enjoys baking with her family in her spare time - Mary Berry’s Apple & Cinnamon Cake and Ranger Cookies are her signature favourites!
