We are currently recruiting a highly experienced Sous Chef for this buzzing Galway gastropub.

This is a very busy establishment with an extensive menu of traditional favourites as well as international gastrofare. The successful candidate must have experience in a busy operation, and will demonstrate proven kitchen management and organisation skills, ie food margins/costings, full HACCP knowledge, ensuring food presentation standards etc.
