Executive Sous Chef

Our client are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the Irish Market at 4/5 Star level. This role requires a chef who is well established in their career and who is looking to join a fast paced, high end environment where they can grow their career to the next level.

In order to be successful in this role you must have excellent culinary skills. You must be a strong leader who has the ability to drive and mentor a team to create high quality dishes in a fast paced environment, whilst at the same time ensuring consistency across all food outlets.

You must be an organised leader who has drive and enthusiasm for what they do. You must have a true passion for food and working with high quality products to produce innovative cuisine. You must be a strong multi-tasker who can juggle the administration side of the business whilst balancing the demands of the operation. You must have previous experience working with high volume, high pressured environment and thrives on it.
