Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator

Location: Dublin

Salary: €40,000 – €50,000

We are currently recruiting a Senior Payroll Administrator to oversee the payroll function across 13 properties (700 staff) within this high-end nursing home group. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Fortnightly and Monthly Payroll preparation in Sage
  • Time Management System duties
  • Reconciliation of Payroll to Management Accounts in Sage
  • Payroll Taxes administration
  • Month End Payroll Accounting responsibilities
  • Month End Reporting and Management Information
  • Providing general accounting support as required

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role and will demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Friendly and personable attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • IT Proficiency: MS Outlook, Excel and Word, Sage Payroll, Sage 50 (or similar), experience of Time & Attendance Systems
