We have a great opportunity for a dedicated hospitality manager with this Dublin city-centre four star property. The Assistant F&B Manager supports the F&B Manager in ensuring a friendly and efficient F&B service is provided to all guests with key responsibilities including:

• Recognising and greeting regular guests by name
• Having a good working knowledge of food and wine, able to make recommendations
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ previous experience as Supervisor/Manager within a quality hotel establishment with high volume F&B business. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluent English, written and verbal. Micros experience an advantage.
