We are currently recruiting an Assistant General Manager for this new restaurant in Limerick serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as catering for banquets and events. This is a busy operation and requires an experienced manager with high service standards who is well-accustomed to working in a bustling, pressurised restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate will come from a quality hospitality background (hotel/restaurant/venue) with at least two years’ experience as Restaurant Supervisor/Manager or equivalent role. Must demonstrate good knowledge of all HACCP, Hygiene and H&S regulations. Will have excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ambition to constantly improve in the role.
