Job Title: Operations/Assistant Manager

Location: Dublin

Salary: €38,000 – €40,000

Great opportunity to join the team of this Dublin venue as Event Operations/Assistant Manager. We are am looking for an operational manager with strong event sales and client management. The role will be a mix of working the venue space and working in the office for high end private events and managing client sponsor nights.  Key responsibilities include:  

  • Managing/Making bookings, confirmations and calendars
  • Managing guest lists
  • Ensuring pristine presentation of the designated area at all times
  • Assisting with team training, ensuring all staff are aware of SOP's and able to deliver to highest of standards
  • Running operations shifts to highest level of service, working with other teams as required to ensure smooth guest experience across the venue
  • Running the venue space during events 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of operations/hospitality event management experience with the following attributes:

  • Front of House customer focus with high-end VIP service standards
  • Previous events experience for seated and roaming events
  • Excellent food, wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal 
  • Highly computer literate
  • Excellent team management/organisation skills
  • Energetic multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
