Job Title: Assistant Manager
Salary: €30,000 – €35,000
This is a front facing, customer service focused Assistant Store Manager role for a non-hospitality business. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious self-starter to help with the management of day to day operations of this storage business.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will act as a very important member of our team in building a positive experience for all customers. This will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service by solving customers storage needs
- Improving & closing sales targets through storeroom rent, insurance and selling packing supplies
- Guiding new customers through move in processes
- Keeping the facility up to the highest of cleanliness standards
- Working independently on a day to day operations and also within the team
- Following store compliance and administration ensuring high standards are met
- Key holding opening and closing
- Contributing to new idea in areas of social media / advertising / marketing / systems
If you have 3 or more years of hotel and customer service experience (i.e.front office, revenue,events, sales sales associate), strong computer skills and a full Driver’s License with access to transport, please apply today !
