This well known busy bar and food business in the heart of Dublin 4 is now recruiting an Assistant Manager in this multiple outlet business.

This role is responsible for producing a top-notch customer experience, maintaining consistent delivery of service standards across all outlets, assisting in managing team members, and ensuring a high-quality product offering. This is a very busy location especially on match and concert days and excellent communication and forecasting skills are essential here.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in Bars and/or Food & Beverage at an assistant or management level in a quality bar/restaurant/hotel with high volume business. Will display excellent communication and leadership skills, five star service standards and genuine passion for and knowledge of the beverage industry.
