Job Title: Banquet Chef
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Banquet/Event Chef with this industry leader. This role will ensure the delivery of a top notch food offering, leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence.
Key responsibilities include menu development, food costing, implementing and managing all food safety/HACCP requirements and maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness/hygiene throughout the kitchen.
The successful candidate will have at least seven years’ kitchen experience, with at least two years in a senior chef role. In addition, you will be:
- Hard working
- HACCP trained
- Able to perform under pressure and multi task
- Team player
- Adaptable to a variety of environments
