This busy South Dublin bar and restaurant is currently recruiting an experienced Food & Reataurant Manager to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the restaurant and bar area while ensuring top notch service is delivered to every guest.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success within the bar and restaurant industry, with a minimum of five years’ previous experience as Bar/Restaurant/General Manager of a similar property.

Will demonstrate keen financial acumen as well as high service standards, promoting a customer-focused approach among the team. Great team motivational skills and good food & drink knowledge also key to this role.
