We are currently recruiting a Bar Manager for this luxury hotel destination with several bar outlets and significant functions business. This role is responsible for all beverage operations across the hotel, including event space and two F&B outlets.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Team management: training, motivation, communication
• Service delivery/Floor management
• Event management
• Budget/P&L/Cost control
• Ordering & stock management
• Roster management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation (Health & Safety, licensing, hygiene)
• Genuine commitment to sustainability and innovation
• Genuine interest in the latest F&B trends

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of two years’ experience as Bar Manager or similar role within a luxury hotel/venue with significant events business and multiple F&B outlets.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, financial oversight, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
