Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for premium drinks, seamless service, and unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for a Bar Manager to take the lead across multiple high-end bar outlets and a thriving events program at this prestigious luxury hotel in Co Kildare.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train and inspire a high-performing bar team
• Ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee event beverage service from planning to execution, including closing out bars on event nights
• Manage budgets, P&L and cost control
• Handle stock, ordering and supplier relationships
• Create rosters and maintain team efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and licensing laws
• Drive sustainability initiatives and stay on top of F&B trends

What You Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience as Bar Manager in a luxury hotel or similar venue with busy events and multiple outlets
• Proven skills in bar operations, cost control, and team leadership
• A guest-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
• Creative, driven and passionate mindset about service and innovation
• Calm manner under pressure, organized and solutions-oriented
• Flexibility with scheduling (some late nights required)
