We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to lead a high-performing bar team in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. You will take full ownership of bar operations — commercial, operational and people — ensuring service standards are exceptional and financial targets are met.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure highest standards of hygiene, health & safety and licensing compliance
• Set and drive weekly/monthly sales and GP targets
• Maintain correct stock, glassware and condiments levels to par at all times
• Implement strong stock control and wastage recording to protect profit margins
• Prepare and manage fair weekly staff rotas
• Lead, train and develop bar staff to deliver outstanding guest service
• Ensure all cashiering, till and cash-handling procedures are strictly followed
• Deliver regular handovers and communicate with Duty Managers / Senior Team
• Proactively report guest feedback and continuously elevate service standards
• Set clear opening & closing procedures and ensure full staff adherence

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Bar Manager within a quality 4/5 star hotel establishment

• Proven track record of delivering strong GP, stock control and sales performance

• In-depth knowledge of beverages, mixology, licensing laws and industry standards

• Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a large team to consistently high service standards

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset
