This innovative contract catering companies is now hiring a Business Development expert. This role is responsible for developing the sales strategy, managing new business development and developing relationships within key sectors including healthcare, government, business and industry.

Responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating contract renewals to retain all existing clients
• Preparing proposals, presentations and facilitating new client pitches
• Planning and implementing  sales development of new contracts
• Managing relevant reporting of management and financial information for sales plans
• Managing sales resources as per agreed budgets
• Protecting and developing the company’s brand
• Maintaining and developing corporate image and reputation
• Attending networking opportunities
• Ensuring KPI's are achieved

We are seeking a proactive, ambitious and driven person to work in this fast-paced role. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships to develop the business and increase revenue.

Candidates must have previous experience in business development and the contract catering industry (minimum 5 years) at senior sales level.
