Business Development Executive

We have a great opportunity with this city-centre based tour operator for an experienced, ambitious Sales Coordinator or Executive who would like to transition into the tourism market. The Business Development Executive is a multi-faceted sales role with key responsibilities including:
Proactive sales activities
- Contacting existing clients using CRM database
- Sourcing new prospects
- Onsite client visits
- Representation at industry events
Office-based admin
- Hotel and transportation booking
- Supplier relations
- Itinerary management
- Office support
This role is available on either part-time or full-time basis with hybrid options available as well.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of two years’ experience as Sales Coordinator/Executive within a hotel / hospitality / tourism business
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of Ireland as a travel destination
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with fluent English
- Sefl-starter able to work on own initiative
