We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced, savvy Business Development Executive with marketing experience. This role looks after membership sales of a premium Dublin venue and requires good commercial awareness and the ability to identify strong opportunities to drive membership leads. Key responsibilities within the role include:

• Drive membership enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction
• Report on sales and lead activity to management in a timely fashion
• Work with operational teams to ensure that new members are onboarded efficiently
• Working with digital marketing and communications specialist on engaging subscriber base to drive new business
• Gather market and client information and provide feedback on purchasing trends as requested
• Work with Business Development Manager in achieving greater efficiencies across the sales process
• Be the guardian for the CRM tool, Saleforce, liaising with support teams to ensure all possible opportunities and learnings are captured
• Develop a deeper understanding of the prospective client, ensuring that messaging is always accurate and targeted

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a Business Development role with exposure to Marketing and a strong understanding of the client and corporate hospitality market. Must have excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting techniques, experience of Salesforce a strong advantage.
