This graphic design and print company is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their hotels division. This would suit a hotel S&M Manager with excellent industry contacts who thrives on building lasting relationships and delivering results.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the MD to grow key accounts, develop new sales strategies, and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with existing and potential hotel partners.
• Conduct credentials presentations, prepare quotations, and close deals.
• Oversee some larger or more complex orders where needed, especially with new clients, with support from the in-house sales and production team.
• Full training on sales processes and systems will be provided.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experienced: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with knowledge of print, graphic design, or the hotel industry.
• Connected: Contacts within the hotel sector in Ireland or experience in hotel marketing are a significant advantage.
