Job Title: Café Manager
We are searching for a customer service focused Café Manager for a busy North Dublin Café in an historic location.
- Experience as a Manager in Café or Restaurant is essential.
- Hospitality experience an advantage.
- Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service.
- Ensuring that labour margins are met.
- Training and developing all team members, ensuring all staff trained in company culture and comply with company policies.
- Must be a self-starter who can motivate and build a strong and positive team.
- Rostering staff within guidelines set out by head office.
- Managing cash collections with external supplier and reporting collection information to head office.
- Strategic planning for increasing sales and adding value to the venue.
- Increasing profile of the venue through service, quality and interaction with customers as well as potential customers.
- This person must also have a positive attitude and be customer focused.
- PC knowledge and ability to create and file reports.
- HACCP training is an advantage but training will be given.
- Social media management for the café.
- Working in our other sites at times.
- Running events within the venue.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be flexible with working hours.
