This lovely gem of café has a great reputation for its warm and genuine service, fresh selection of café favourites and excellent coffee. They now require an experienced Cafe Manager to ensure the continued delivery of top-notch customer service and smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities will include staff management (rosters, hires, training etc), monitoring daily expenses, ordering of supplies, H&S and hygiene of public area and resolving any customer issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience as Café/Restaurant Manager with good coffee exposure. In addition to demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills, must be a proven team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine love for hospitality.
