This luxury four-star hotel in Co. Meath is a favourite destination for weddings and events. They now seek an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead their C&B department, ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding events of all types.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily C&B operations, from set-up to breakdown
• Liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams
• Lead, train and schedule staff for seamless service
• Monitor stock levels and equipment maintenance 
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations (H&S, Fire, Hygiene etc)

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in C&B or Events Management
• Steady background in large, upscale hotels/venues with service to 4/5 star standard
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Passion for guest service with an eye for detail
