Great role for a highly experienced and polished C&E Operations Manager with this luxury four star country estate, a highly sought after event destination and particular wedding favourite.  The C&E Operations Manager’s first duty is to greet bridal couples/event organisers on arrival and at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner.

This role is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, order, correct mis-en-place and set up of all function areas prior to and during the function, ensuring warm hospitality for all guests and a high standard of overall management and coordination of the day’s events.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar C&E/Banqueting Operations role with strong wedding exposure at a luxury property/venue. Must demonstrate top standards of service delivery and effective team leadership. Will display genuine care for guests while maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.
